glad you like the row cosy. yes, that is a bat. the end blocks are fireworks. kinda tried to incorporate a lot of things into one row.

take care and know i am thinking of you as you get through this drama. hope it is over soon. get some rest. i know that sleep seems to be the thing we let go when times are trying.

The giraffes had to duck to get into the building but they made it safely to my apartment! They look so much better in "person" so to speak! Colors brighter and all that. I have a couple of things in mind for them but right now they are not speaking to me. Maybe tomorrow morning.

miss g - i am sure you will be able to step up on the night sky. the hardest part is getting started.

glad to hear those rascals made their destination lori. they can be quite uncommunicative at times. they did that to me too. eventually you will coax their secrets out. miss gigglewings sure did.

Miss G, don't obsess about the sky. I really aren't all that picky at all!! I surely didn't mean to be difficult! I love all the work I've seen of yours, so whatever you do will be absolutely great, I know.

ok Cosy...thanks! I have a quick question for you: Do you want your row to be center or do you want it to be the top row? I have raided my stash and I'm ready to do something!!!

Hmmmm hadn't thought of mine as the middle row. I suppose I don't care that much, you put your row where you want it. You have a great eye!

hi there fellow row-ers. just checking in to see what's happening with all of you.

we are having a minor heat wave today. first of may and i am already complaining about the heat. sorry.

i am working on the snowman row. such a simple topic with so many options; tough to nail down the final choices. will soon though.

starting to work on gifts for my granddaughter's birthdays coming up. one will be 13 in june and the other will be 16 in september. both landmark b'days that take a little extra thought.

may have to take another trip to san francisco with the younger one. we did that last year to china town and she really loved it. maybe can come up with something equally good without repeating. we shall see.

the older one is more difficult. she really doesn't have any special requests. she is getting her license so may have to give her a gas gift card.

anyway, another day almost over and tomorrow is guild board meeting. something to look forward to.
