    That is just absoutely a wonder to behold! It's hard to to see you as a 'new' quilter. Your projects are outstanding! When I get more flexible, I'm going to give a try at

    Thank you. Actually, you will not believe this. This is the 10 minute block or bow tie with the edges turned over to make the window. I experimented with the center of the pattern and enlarged it to see how big I could get it. I did not know if I could do a star like you originally wanted, but I am glad you changed your mind. I had not done a cathedral window this way. I have not tried to hand sew a cathedral window this large before. I will have to see how I manipulate the block. I may make a whole quilt like this.
