i took up a friends curtains and made 2 cushion covers with the remnants. i can't stand to throw good material away! if i can make anything with the left over, then i will!!
i think she will be pleased!

on to the group name, i quite like
'Early Bird Threads'... it's a bit of a mixture of two of the names suggested...

has a good ring to it...

i have found a nice small note book, kind of thing... to send with my pieces, which will be my 'journal', but i need to sit down and write the opening pages for it.
