I just finished my second block. This time I used my accuquilt GO cutter.
The pieces were cut in 15 min. and then there were flying geese and half square triangles to sew. It went real fast and I didn't have to 'square up' anything. The 2 inch squares were perfect!
I just can't get over what a joy it is when I use this instead of the 'old' way!

Have you tried to contact someone else in the group? or your group leader? Everyone may just be delayed because of the holidays especially if they traveled lol

    Group 13 quilters:

    Gwyn - group leader---I'm a little teapot -- Utah
MadQuilter -- America in Red, White and Blue -- California
    CherylW -- Christmas -- Ohio
    Melburk -- Horses -- Iowa
    &
    Scrapquilt -- Winter -- Ohio

I have started a thread for us titled IRR 2011 Group 13. Take a quick look. We need to get a group name figured out and post some pictures of fabric or blocks we are working on.

ssnare: Those blocks with the flowers and blue borders are wonderful. Your quilt is going to be something very special.

Here it is. I have a few misgivings about colors. The greens aren't really of the similar color hues. But then I thought that this will give the other rows more freedom to carry through with a variety of color shades of pink and green to pull the whole quilt together.
So instead of replacing the two middle blocks, I decided to leave them for this reason.
It will be interesting to see what everyone does with the colors. I think it will be fun.
All those half square triangles, flying geese ands squares - every shape was cut by my accuquilt BABY. Love it!

My First Row for the Row Robin 2011Swap Groups Pending. Actually my first Row Robin. Cut completely with Accuquilt BABY GO
