I have sewn a white border on the top and bottom of my row and have included a white border strip for each quilter adding to my row. I have also included instructions that I want my row to be the center row! Nothing like being picky..lol

When do we send our rows out? Once they are done or do we wait till the 15th?

Yes, you're right on target. My theme is the Underground Railroad in Civil War fabrics.

I love the blocks and the history related to the underground railroad blocks, they are on one of my clipboards for a "project to do"

I would ship ASAP, you never know where the post office will send the row before it gets to its destination.

I suggested our group not ship until the 1st but by the 15th, if they want to ship early, then contact the person they are shipping to, to see if they are ready for the next row, I just don't want anyone to feel overwelmed or have their rows start stacking up

I say that only because the 1st row I shipped was returned to me in a postal envelope all chewed up by a machine. Thankfully I had made 2 identical rows because I was going to add my other one to the bottom. Had I not been prepared (by accident) I would have been late shipping through no fault of mine. Please dont misunderstand, I am not trying to tell your group what to do, only sharing my experience.
