No, I haven't decided yet. I am not sure what I will do with this top yet and that would help me decide. There are just so many beautiful fabrics these days.

Sherry, did you get my PM? Checked my email this morning and found this:

    Dear Wonnie,

You have received a new private message at Quilting Board from ssnare, entitled "Re: email address".

To read the original version, respond to, or delete this message, you must log in here:
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/<wbr>private.php

So far, so good ... when I opened up to the Quilting Board and checked, Notifications, it said I had a message from you but it was, in fact, my message coming back to me (???????)....................HEL-L-L-L-LPPPPP !

Update Sherry!!! Got your message! YEAH! Usually when you get a message there is a repeat of the new message below with a space to enter your response ... well, in that space was MY message and my response would have been sent to ME. Wierd! Maybe that's how Round Robin's work and, since this is my first, it's done differently than normal OR....maybe there's a poltergeist in my computer!!!!!!!!

I get my message back lots of time. I have usually forgot to click on "reply to message". The City is fine with me. I have never done houses, but whatever you decide, I will try to do my best.

"houses" was just a suggestion since that would be part of a community ... you could do anything as long as it related in some way to the theme, "Community at dusk" which I'm going to stick with since I feel it offers more opportunities.

I sent everyone another email. Please watch for it and let me know if you got it. Wonnie, I think that theme is great. I can think of lots of ideas.

Oh, good, Sherry! I'm so glad you like it!!!

Barbara, you asked about color ... we are changing our living room to light gray walls with light, wood flooring and going for "kind of" a monochromatic look with all neutrals and that's why I chose only black, gray, white and taupe/camel. Keep in mind there are all different shades of all those colors and you can use light or/and dark gray, black can be dark or charchoal and the taupe or camel can be light or dark. For instance, I found a piece of of fabric called,"Marbles" that is a camel color I'm going to use for some of the windows. The windows will be small so it will be just a teeny bit of color showing. Yellows are just too bright for what I'm looking to for ... remember, it's suppose to be dusk. I don't care if you want to do individual blocks or a row. I will be doing a solid 12" x 60" row with 1/2" seam allowances added all around. I will send along sashing for between the rows and will have plenty of the camel to send along as well if anyone needs it for windows, too ... or for lamp posts

    Yvonne

I can think of things, Wonnie, I do not know if I can do them. LOL. I guess I will be the first to get your top, so I will have to see what you do first, then I will decide.

Thank you mimim. I hesitate in asking this, and if you feel this is unreasonable or unfair, I will understand. Since most of the hankies I have are larger, would you all mind if I make my blocks 13 1/2" unfinished rather than 12 1/2" unfinished? It would make the hankies fold easier into butterflies. Please be honest with your replies. I will understand and I will abide with what you think. Thank you very much for considering this. Sherry
