I put in that sample thing so that you didn't have to carry the entire row to the match it. I thought that would be good for later when the rows are added and it gets much bigger. The original label I had for it is MIA so when it comes back I'll embroider around it. Thanks Ladies good luck with your rows!

Just finished sewing the second row for Gramakitten and quickly took two photos. I kept to the rules: half square triangles; followed Gramakitten's use of calicos and greens; sewed on one of the sashing strips - BUT - I did add embellishments! Green is not one of my favorite colors and all that green reminded me of trees, so I embroidered leaves along with an acorn and a pinecone (which after all are unborn leaves) at each end of the row. Hope you like it Gramakitten. Shaysmema, I'll be mailing the two rows to you tomorrow or Saturday. This was fun and I look forward to sewing the third row on the next Row Robin. Belles

I finished up my row for Patty (Imjustme) today and took pictures. She wants a Christmas quilt and I hope she likes what I did. I, too, am looking forward to working on row 3.
