Elly: This email is not swap related but beagle related. I see you are a beagle lover. My sister has 2 beagles, I have 2 beagles and my daughter has 2 beagles. To say our family loves beagles is an understatement. Oh, we also all love to quilt.

OHHHH So excited!!!!! - My DH drafted up his Santa block into a 12 inch today and we picked out his fabrics and put them aside for washing (we dont usually wash our fabrics before use!)

He and I were both DESPERATE to get started on our blocks - we LOVE Christmas!!

I have mine picked out and just need to draft out and then pick my fabrics - then we will get started!

I just found out this week that I will be in the US in late September early October - so I plan to bring them over and post from there - should be cheaper than the international BOTH ways!! Hee HEE!!!

    SO EXCITED!!!!

Suppose I had better get finishing all my other projects first!

sew much fun, so little time. I wish I could draw, I have to stick with the patterns, for things like santas, but, I do good snowflakes. Also, I can draft almost any block.

I'm searching for patterns and fabric!! I can hardly wait to get started. Can I make a 12&1/2 inch block composed of other blocks?

You sure can. As long as it is 12 1/2 inch unfinished. Sounds like a neat block.

I have never done an online swap and would love the opportunity to participate. How do I go about signing up and so forth for the Santa blocks??
