As the owner of two Beagles (Cosmo & Kato) currently and eight Beagles in the past, Beagles can be a cream color, but are not spotted as are Dalmations. Beagles are usually tri-colored, brown, white (or cream) and black - - except for Snoopy of the comic strip Peanuts, who is cream and black (of course that maybe because newspapers are printed in black & white).
