    Manquilter:

I can't speak for anyone else, but i think Christmas blocks would be fine to mix in with Santa blocks. it would add interest to my quilt. You may have to ask pvquilter. But I think most of us would say "share them!"

I am using 1/4" seams. I mostly do my tops from a pattern, so trying to do free hand blocks is not my forte but I am very new to quilting.

    Thanks for all the help!

Doing free-hand blocks are very liberating, they're never wrong, just how you intended, lol.

I wish I hadn't missed the sign-up deadline on this one.
Don't know how I missed it.

If not, I like them, LOL! ;-D
Swap coordinator suggested that I post a picture of the blocks for a group review. Please let me know if these Christmas blocks are acceptable for this swap. There are three blocks of each one in the picture. The back left block is a green and red fabric with the word joy, candy canes and gingerbread men. I need a new digital camera, maybe Santa will bring me one this year.

    Thank you,
    Matt
