Tuesy, your Santa is beautiful! I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to receive one of them in the swap. You do good work. I've made paper pieced Santas and should be able to post a photo in the next few days. Only have to sew on the button eyes and pom-pom nose. Belles

As I view all the blocks that have been posted, I'm wondering if I misread the instructions. I thought the swap was to consist of Santas that are either appliqued, paper pieced or patchwork pieced and I see a lot of traditional blocks with Christmas fabrics (not all showing Santas). Anyway, I've finished my 9.5" unfinished paperpieced Santas. Six with a short beard and brown eyes and six with a longer beard and blue eyes (a tribute to Paul Newman!). Here is a photo of both. Pvquilter, they will be in the mail tomorrow (Friday). Belles

uh-oh. Mine are just traditional with santa fabric. should I not send them in? I already posted pics. Please let me know. I may be able to come up with an actual santa if necessary.

    dgreen,
I hope I also get one of your blocks. They are awesome.

This is my first swap. Seeing all the wonderful blocks posted so far, I too am concern my blocks would be equal to the standard. It's hard for me to imagine to be included in such talented quilters. Thanks for the opportunity.
