I thought this one was cute, I think the tiny eyes soften him. I found this pattern in a 1995 Miniature Quilt Magazine, of course I had to enlarge it... Hope the six that receive one enjoy it! :D

I don't think anyone will care as long as they get back as many blocks as they send...I made a set of 12 1/2 and a set of the second option...I did however not trim them to 3, 6, 9 they are Sunbonnet Santas and I put them on a ten inch square so the individual can decide if they what them 12 1/2, 9 1/2 or whatever size they want them. I really don't care as long as I get back the number I sent which will be 12 - 12 1/2 and 6 of the second option. You decide you will see all the second option blocks at the same time and it will be easier for you to decide...LUCKY YOU!!!

Sorry I've not been following as closely as I should (more sick little ones:( & it's only Oct!! Could be a Lo-ooonng winter) Something is going wrong in posting pics of my Santas, but they are 9 1/2. Re: how things are divided, didn't read everything, but whatever size is fine by me. They don't have to be the same size, I find the differences add an extra interest. Organizing this swap has got to be a huge undertaking - so however it works out the easiest for you, would be the best IMHO.
