Well I have 5 sets all sewn and ready to go so I need an address to send it to.
Just to be clear 5 sets are basically 5 -12 1/2 inch blocks if they were sewn together.so 5 sets is 20 small blocks of 3 strips.

I washed my jelly rolls by hand with just a few swishes in the water then I aired dried them outside which spared them from all the unravelling.

Crafty next time just hand wash the roll by swishing in water & soap. I aired dried mine outdoors. Unravelling is a problem when trying to wash precut fabrics. I have been hand washing small batches of my precuts, the washing machine agitation is just too much for these small pieces.

PS I do not mind if they are unwashed either.

My blocks have been completed but I just haven't had it to the post office yet. It really is an inconvienience that you cannot purchase 1st class postage from home at USPS, otherwise I would have had this done.

I bought a bag and was going to try the hand wash cycle on my machine but I haven't done it yet.I'm going to be selling jellyrolls but I'm going to have some pre washed I will see if people like it that way.
And yes I still need the address.

I serged them.

laundered on gentle in machine, in a lingerie bag.

then took off the serging.

Just got a new batch of strips from connect threads... I am sewing THEN washing. THAT was a bunch of busy work.

...If you decide to try it, have an off color in the needle, easy to see, pull & the other threads come right off. (3 needle)

quiltmouse you are right, that is too much work. Just hand washing worked for me. The washer agitation is too much for small precut pieces unless you do something to the edges. I am still cutting excess threads from some FQ's I washed recently..... yikes!!

Since when can't you. You set up an account online with their site and order it. Then they mail it to your home. I do this for my office all the time because I do not always get out. They even sell the priority mail stamps at 4.75 or 4.95. Check it out again.
