I just cut 100 3" white squares. Doubled checked the directions. 3.5" are required. Dar!

DOH! That is totally something I would (and have) done!
:) You could use them for a border once the quilt is done?

I did a long chain of white, black, red squares. I think they were 2" and I just kept sewing them. Don't know why, just did. Now I know what I'm going to do with them. Great borders! thanks, mistakes aren't mistakes, they are left turns. I have a friend who goes only to the right. She'll drive around and around this big city and never turn left. She will gasp when she is riding with me and I make a left turn....like it is a mistake. SO, from now on, I'm not making mistakes, just left turns. I just learned a new idea from your left turn, blueribbontoes. Thanks

Whoo hoo! I am so hugely excited! Last night I finished 40 signature squares and there is another 22 pinned next to my machine! Today I am going to the store and getting a fabric marking pen! This is going to be the coolest quilt EVER!

WOW, the list is really growing. I counted 46 people that have signed up. I plan on making one to swap with each person.

This is so exciting. I want to thank you, whoever you are, that started this site and maintain it. You have saved my sanity, sort of. Now, I'm a nut case waiting for the results.....hahaahaha but, Thanks anyway. Ruth Peterson

Just wondering if there is a way to number the sign-up list so that we can tell at a glance how many there are, instead of re-counting each time? I'm completely ignorant about how those things are set up!

This one sounds fun! I haven't been doing much sewing lately, so I think this will get me back in the groove. :D
Count me in, & I'll shoot for doing one for each of us!
