Thanks for posting the sig quilt . If anyone else has ideas on how to design the quilt, I would be very thankful to see them.

    Here is one by lilblueeyes.
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-35637-1.htm

I like it but decided to use 9 patch blocks instead of 16 patch blocks and of course it will have to be bigger to get all the siggies on the quilt. I gave away a lot of fabric and conned the recipients into making the 9 patch blocks for me so my quilt will be made by all the great folks here.

From my count it looks like we are still looking to get 48 more siggie blocks. I didn't count the hostess as they will hand carry theirs to the meet.
    :-D

Somehow I got dropped from this thread, so have been reading the last 2 weeks worth of posts. I see the date has been extended to the end of July. I hope this will help others to be able to get their blocks in I know they will be glad they made the effort in the end.
Norbana thanks so much for all your work in this, I can't imagine a swap this big I'd be totally overwhelmed.

I am thinking about making a valance for my sewing room that would hang above the window more like a cornice board would- away from the light. That way I could read all the names as I sew.

I really have no idea how I will set these, they will probably not get put together for sometime as I have at least
1/2 dozen other projects that have priority. Probably more than that.

My Dh and I checked it and the siggie blocks are now traveling for more than 5 weeks. They should arrive soon..I hope so.

I want to make a blanket from it.
