    tuesy, I will fix that on my spreadsheet. I had you marked as unknown as there was no state on you profile.

    I will post the most updated list we have after the swap as others that don't have their states listed on their profile should have it on their blocks.

    Thanks for letting us know.

    Hi, everyone! I'm one of the "Flakes"! I don't know if you remember; but I wrote in right around the close of this swap - before we were notified of the extension - and mentioned how sick I had been. I was trying desperately to get the blocks done; but I just couldn't hardly even stay awake and I was very dizzy. Well, within a week, my COPD and asthma were acting up so bad that I couldn't even walk from one room to the next and I was placed on bedrest. I am finally doing much better; but I've had to either discard or take apart the Siggies I did while I was sick because they were so far off. I only live in Florida, so it shouldn't take more than two or three days to get my blocks where they belong. I am going to give this one last sincere effort to get these blocks done! I was - still am - very excited about receiving blocks from all these different states and countries. Unfortunately, my health is not co-operating! I am also signed up for the Santa swap and the Black/White/Bright swap. I think these will be easier because they require fewer blocks.

    So glad you are feeling a little better and up to working on some blocks. Whatever you feel up to getting done, send them in, I am sure that would be ok. I am just glad you are feeling good enough to sew again. Take care and be kind to yourself.

    NO, you are NOT a flake. We have no control over the paths our lives will take. Take care of yourself, #1. Glad you're getting the sewing urge again. We understand that things happen. You do what you can, no more can be expected. Prayers going up for you to get healthy. {{{ HUGS }}}

    What is a flake?

    I have astma myself and not so much trouble of it. But a few years ago I had a very bad astma attack and couldn't walk from the sofa to the kitchen. I had to rest three times in between so I know how hard it is whem you don't get enough oxigen. All you energy is fading away.

    I too have COPD and Asthma and know what if feels like.
    so far I have been doing well. Doing my treatments every 4 hrs while awake. That has kept me out of the hospital.
    I don't want my extra block back either.

    Philarena, you kept us informed. You aren't a 'flake'. Take care of yourself. Sew what you can. As stated earlier, this started as a swap of 12 blocks.
