Just one question ,are you adding your online name to or just the real name.I would like to join, but can't commit yet. I am going in for out patient surgery monday ,but it sounds like fun.I had to drop out of the lav/grn/pk swap, but hopefully I will be back on my feet soon enough to do this one

I have an album quilt made in 1986 by my quilting bee. Each block was signed using these Pigma pens and heat set. To this day I can still read each name and this quilt has been very well used over the years with lots of washing.

How do you write on the fabric w/o it moving? Do you put sandpaper under the fabric?

Fine sand paper works great, that's what I use.

Ironing freezer paper on the blocks help to stabilize the fabric also.
