    Yes, that's a great idea!
Now, I have "visions" of a scrappy snail's trail with a siggie block border. :D

    Thanks!!

This week I've washed, ironed, and cut enough fabric to make 150 blocks. (With the swap-sign ups still a month away, I figure we'll have at least 150 swappers-what do you think?) I've made a couple of practice blocks and guess what! It IS just as easy as ya'll have said. Turns out a perfect 3.5 inch sq. . . . I'm really enjoying this!

I am just starting..but they are easy enough to bang out lol. I have been doing them as I sew other stuff and using them as my "leader pieces" (so I don't pull thread). So I have been keeping a pile stacked by the machine :) It is working so far. I can't believe the response so far! Its going to look absolutley awesome!

OMG! This is turning out to be the most exciting adventure. I am having dreams about having everyone's name on my sewing room wall.

I just look too! We've made about 200 so a few more to go! I think I have mine planned out (always change my mind until I sit and stitch), not sure how DD will do hers! I plan to mail when the final count is in! Can't wait :)

    Oh... I'm tempted to join.

Would someone be able to give me an idea of how long it might take to make 120 of these blocks?
