I came home last night, and my son was nice enough to bring in all my mail. And I had a big package waiting for me from my Secret Pal Gaijin!
I was blown away by her generosity and thoughtfulness. She gave me two mesh snap bags (which I want to make some more of!), a cute towel, beautiful fabric and charm squares which I am going to hoard for a special project, large pink rick/rack which was my most wanted item, bath soap, peanut butter snacks and Japanese cookies for me, and even snacks for my two shi Tzu's.
I guess we now know that G is not only for Gaijin, but for generosity as well!
On another note, (speaking of notes), Gaijin has the MOST FABULOUSLY PERFECT penmanship. She wrote me a lovely note and I had to look twice because I thought it was printed on a computer. She could put some of those old nuns from Catholic gradeschool to shame!

Just to let everyone know I am back, I will be taking the group back over for next month. I want to thank everyone for all the prayers for my Dh and for me, he is doing awesome, he has another apot on Friday and that should be his last one for awhile. I am doing PT everyday last week and this week. Starting next week it goes back to 3 times a week, movement is getting better, still using a walker though, dont know if I really need it or if its security for me though.
Anyway next month its me again.

Check it out, I got lint rollers, a flower bag, 2 FQs, 1/2 yd of beautiful batiks, some clips, a measuring tape, some warm and fuzzy socks, some valentines candy, a finger nail file, and a rock that says Chase a Dream! Did you paint that? Thank you sew much Barbara. I love it!
