I received a package in the mail and I was expecting felting needles from an ETSY store. Imagine my surprise when a woman named Lynnie who lived in New York was on the return address label. I wondered if it was possible that our very own Lynnie had an Etsy store and I just happened to select her store to send me needles. What were the chances?

So I very excitedly ripped open the box and laughed at myself when I found the most beautiful PC and a slew of extras. Now I own a verified Lynnie PC concoction. It is so very perfect for me. Lynnie is a west coast gal and I am an east coast gal. Oceans are just a part of the lifestyle. (Hint, hint.) She also sent a Christmas ornament and a case, which I can use for rotary cutter, pencils or eyeglass case. And, Lynnie style, Hershey's Hugs.

Thank you so very much, Lynnie. This will be the jewel crown in my PC cushion. I'll just let everyone guess what my PC looks like for a little while. I will post a photo later on now that Melissa learned how to do it. We both have a little problem about remembering how to do things so we made her write all the steps out for us.

I'll also be able to post a photo of my first PC made in needle felting. I hope my SP likes it and doesn't mind getting someone's first try in a new technique. At least, a little bird told me it was in her favorite color combination.

    Love to all,

I am so glad you like it. Ive made a couple of pc. This is by far my favorite design. They kill your hands as you wrap them, but they come out so nicw
and they are even functional too. Glad you enjoyed the other goodies too. Cant wait to see everyones pictures. Sometimes i need inspiration.

No, but thanks for asking. I just finished going thru the house with a flashlight. We moved major appliances today to look. I think it's just gone.

-Ashjoy, did you check all the drain catches---Jay was ready to kill me but he did it. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I sent up a prayer for you. (Not for your ring--in case somebody objects--but for you--it never hurts)

How about heating vents, if you have those? Rings are so tiny. Do you have cats or dogs? Vacuum bag? I am trying so hard to remember all the places we looked. Or missed--like Cat and Refridgerator Duhhh--

    Love ya, girl

Lynnie--can you tell Laura was excited? She hauled me out of bed to admire her goodies. Which I did, but unlike her, I did not forget who lives on the east coast and who lives on the west coast--which I found hilarious and will have great fuel for teasing for a while. Esp since we are in sight of the water, or would be if we weren't surrounded by trees.

I love my trees. I have gadzillions of critters for neighbors, and they all do their best to eat out of my bird feeders. I use a food with a lot of sunflower seeds, and even the deer will come for it, and yes, they can eat out of one of my feeders. The raccoons just come and bang on the sliding door.

Lynnies treasures are perfect in every way. Laura loves shells, and there cannot be too much blue in her life. Ask me, I know.

    Me? I like green.

The photos will be up on Tuesday. Sorry for the delay. I have a great cheatsheet from my throroughly modern niece, but there is one step I am messing up, and some how I am switching the file from jpg to html when I load it. I can't get the screen to let me upload.

So niece will be here on Tuesday to take Laura to grocery store and I'll get straightened out then. I will have all the pix ready to go so all she has to do is walk me through the computer part.

I am having so much fun with this swap. I think we should keep it on here permanently. Did you here the loud thump? That was "The Queen" falling over in a dead faint at the thought of all the work she has had to do.

Sorry Tracey. I just got carried away.

Sucia, i didnt want to be the one to correct the "coasts" goof.
My grandma used to drive down to new york from flordia. Then drive up to florida from new york, so i got what she ment.
so glad she liked it, and you also. I always question my work, and my friends say its nice, but you know how it is. They are your friends. They're supposed to say its pretty or nice. Thanks for posting pics for me. Since i cleaned up my room, i cant find my gifties, so gotta make more. Happy quilting everyone. Have a great day.

I am thinking of taking up a permanent spot for this swap To much fun! All I need to do is tweak my spreadsheet a bit. I forgot about allergies until I started swapping a a few got out, but got fixed in the end.

I had to take a sick day today. The pollen has me all stuffy and feverish. I have Bible class later this evening hope to get there but we'll see.

I went to Joann's today to look at some fabric in a particular
color group and spotted one that I just knew would be perfect
    for my needle case partner.

Well let me rephrase that I HOPE she will like it. I even found an
awesome pattern that I am going to make a few small tweaks to.

My Pincushion partner well she likes the same color as my needle
case partner, just in a different shade/hue of the color.
