don't you have to have a soecial food permit to sell candy in those shows ?

Yes Dreamer I was...this is just a little craft show I think only a few hours, I embroidered towels to take to sell but I just thought it would be a cute and fun little addition to my table so I need to know how far ahead I can make it...can it be frozen?

Most craft shows don't require special permits for home baked things. If you are selling massive amounts, then I would think you would need a permit.

Leota...I'm part Scotch too, especially when I drink the stuff! lol

Really, I have no scotch in me, well, I could, there's a bottle of Tullamore Dew in the cabinet. Opps, that's Irish Whiskey. Well? I just might be a little Irish, who knows?
No, actually, Mom (1/2 Swede, 1/2 Norwegian), Dad (full blood French). Hmm...what does that make me? Well? Like I tell hubby, someone who can kiss great and give good backrubs. lmao

i'm hoping, if and when i go to london to see my son i will be able to travel a bit to scotland and ireland. some of my people came from the isle of man. (spelling?) but with all the other nationalities mixed in the scotch/irish parts get watered down to almost nothing. i do like cutty sark! my dad would be given a case every year at the holidays and my sisters and i each got a bottle and the battle cry went up ! "the fleet is in!"
