No, we can't do that. Some people aren't as "bold" as others. We just need to coax the shy ones out of the corner.

Ladies, I promise you the hole is a much better place to be than the corner.

OK, how about this. If you haven't posted here yet but are lurking. Drop a post and just say "Hi". We'll do the rest.

Okay, okay, I am coming out of the corner, but only for a minute. I like it here and I have a lot of company, even though I can't see anyone and I don't know their names.

I think i gave a fair amount of information on my list but just in case, here goes: I do not need a fabric calculator because I will probably never make a full-size quilt. I love fat quarters, charm squares, and 2 1/2" strips. I do not have an eye for colour, so the more coordinated the better. I like to do applique, so fusible adhesive would be great, and my presser sheet is a mess, so that is something I need as well. I don't have any iron cleaner, I can always use bobbins for my Brother SQ 9050, and I need a new pin cushion. I like mints - peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen, and cinnamon. I do not collect buttons, but a few for wallhangings would be great. I would love a twister template, or any other template for small (wallhanging-size) quilts. I could really use some quilt labels, as well as a pen to write on them. Whew, that is enough - you would never know from the mess in my quilt room that I need anything more at all!

OK, Bilben. Now that you're out of the corner, down the hole you go!

    Girls, help me out here.

Love your socks. What kind of yarn is that you are working with?
Found what I bought - Lion Brand Sock Ease yarn, the color is toffee

No she gets to come over to my area on the edge and have a glass of wine and watch what is going on in the hole. We are good girls.

Sunrise, I prefer to do both at the same time, keeps them even. I am bad with keeping track of my rows since I knit using continental style and can knit with out watching my hands on certain yarns. My yarn stash is still extensive. I have been making hats to donate with my end of balls, I think I am up to 9 this year. Haven't done much crochet lately it is worse on my wrist than knitting. I try to learn something new each year. This yarn is washable and 75/25 wool/nylon.

The thing about posting likes is that I really have no preferences at all. I really find it fun to see what people pick out..I am happy with homemade gifts and anything. I machine piece my quilts and hand quilt them all, I have 9 children and 14 grandchildren, so making them all quilts has kept me very busy since I have been on disability 2 years ago. A few more to go and I plan on making quilts for the Linus Project. FWI- I had 6 grandbabies dropped here by DCF a month and a half ago, and they each had a Linus quilt! Sorry there is little I can tell you since I love any surprises. About the only other thing I can add is my favorite colors are yellow and blue, but sew with all colors!
