I don't know where I left off on answers to some of the questions:
    I don't applique
I don't have an embroidery machine
I have lots of notions but could always use more....especially seam rippers and thimbles!
I'd like to have a hexi ruler (one that you can use for different sizes)
I don't really care of quilt magazines as I have so many and have never gotten to make the ones I have dog-eared yet.
I have plenty of bath and body works as that seems to be the go-to gift for women here at work! Although I do love their aromatherapy stuff like the eucalyptus mint and the orange ginger or the lavender chamomile.
I love tote-bags, but I just don't seem to be able to put one together correctly!
I crochet, cross-stitch, and sometimes will do a paint by numbers kit.
I want to learn to make gourd bird houses.
I'd love to meet a board member or two and learn from them.
I want to retire so I can stay home and craft more (anyone want to pay for that!)

    UPDATE:

Embroidery Machine - Yes I do and use quite frequently. Have done lots of different things on it. and I attend nearly every year the Anita Goodesign and Floriani workshop. Love all the threads that Floriani puts out.

and yes I make my own clothes and DGD clothes. Right at the moment I am making Cinderella for 7 year DGD. And the back of my classroom tables has GLITTER all over and on the floor that the "glitter fairy" left. Last year I made her a ELSA dress and the Glitter fairy was in my sewing room. It is easy to cleanup in my FACS class, hence the reason I finished cutting out 2 layers of 4 patterns pieces. I've been waiting for students to make comments as to the sparklers laying all over the floor, tables and me(not so much me) that was missed last night.

I started making American girls clothes last year for 2 of the 4 DGD's. So always looking for trims and large scraps for them. I also made one Elsa dress for DGD doll to match her dress. the other 2 DGD's have gotten Barbie doll clothes.

Robinlee, do you get the Pixie Faire newsletter? She gives away a pattern every Friday, almost always to fit the American Girl doll. Check it out if you don't get her newsletter. Her patterns are reasonably priced too. When my girls were little I made clothes for their Barbies too. I was really glad when they outgrew those Barbies. Those clothes were so painful to sew!

Didn't realize it had been 5 days since I have been on this thread, ok trying to remember what to answer after catching up.
Tote is wonderful -love totes and love finding things from fair trade. We have a shop called Global Gallery with lots of fair trade items. Its a great place to get some interesting and unique as well as useful gifts.

Verna-your fabric is beautiful I would love it.

machines -no fancy or newer machines, embroidery or long arm etc. I have a 1979 Singer -it has zig zag.

Hand embroidery and cross stitch --have done both but haven't done either for quite awhile but still have my stuff and will probably do more sometime.

Handwork yes I like hand work and do like to hand quilt.

Puzzle letter sounds fun but must have some means of getting answer if stumped.

And if I don't want to spend 2 hours catching up I guess I will need to be on here everyday.

There is at least one if not a few shops on the fabshophop that have wool for making quilt applique. Don't have their names off the top of my head but if I come across them while doing my search I'll post it here.

Robinlee - you sound like a fun grandmother. I also enjoy making things for my DGD. She is only 3 so a lot of the things she is too early for. Made a lot of diapers and bibs for her baby doll for her birthday earlier this year. Plus to little blankets. Gave her the cradle that my husband made for our daughter's doll when she was little - seems so long ago.
