My SS package went out today. It is dashing through the Cascade snow and heading Eastward.

Ours is not that big, but I so love it with all of the keepsake and heirloom ornaments! The tree usually takes me a couple of evenings to complete, but what takes the longest is my collection of Santa figurines...I have about 130 of them, they take me forever to put out, and longer to pack up!

I think the taking out and packing up is half the fun.

Not me!! I wish I could wiggle my nose and have it done! The other option would be to do without, and I hated that last year....my only decorations last year were the placemats I put on the table!

The spousal unit will have to be responsible for a lot of the tree this year, it's hard to put lights on when you're "one armed"! (I am still having trouble with the tendonitis in my left arm...the cortizone shot didn't work!) I'll be able to hang ornaments tho, and take care of the Santa dolls...
