My family doesn't need anything and I thought this was the best way to define Christmas.
Good move, Grann! We are proud to know someone as special as you...

Just have to share my date night with hubby. We went downtown to the holiday celebration. There were ice sculptures, a live nativity complete with llamas, two stages of musicians playing / singing carols, hot chocolate and train rides. Talk about feeling the holiday spirit. The Christmas lights and decorations were so pretty. Dinner on the way home made for the perfect evening.

Nope, I'm still waiting too but moved from the mailbox to a pitched tent with a sleeping bag, a barbecue grill, picnic bench and a small generator to plug in my sewing machine while I wait.

    Party at leiladylei54's house,

I guess we will head on over and keep you company. I will of course be bringing homemade brownies and peanutbutter fudge and lots of water. (sugar rush!!) But, It is going to take me awhile to get there, as I live on the other end of the USA. But, thats ok, we don't want you to wait alone. I think I'll be bringing some handquilting along. (I'm practicing.)

    Hugs, (your package will come)

Can we drive, or go by big boat? I'm not much for flying. I'll bring snickerdoodles and my Irish Cream.
