I like the idea of our "chat" being on here - that way if someone can't be on during the official opening party, they can still see what their recipient had to say about the package. I keep looking at mine, doing my best effort at x-ray vision, but I just have to wait.

I also like the idea of being on the thread. I've been in the chat room when it's been very busy. It was a bit overwhelming to me. (although, I don't go into chat rooms much.) It seems I wouldn't miss as much here on the thread, because I can read it on the thread. I hope my secret santa and secret giftee will be on. I look forward to sharing this day with them and all of you.

That is the best part of these swaps. Not the gifts we receive in the mail. But, the gift of friendship. I cannot believe it is only a week away. I have been so good. My package has been here forever!
