    I am sure they will be excited too!!! They have come to realize that they get treats sometimes too!!! But I am more excited about what I am getting!!!

    Sorry to hear about these guild experiences!! :cry: :cry: but it is good to know, I was thinking of trying out a guild close to me but am scared of being an "outsider". but I LOVE IT here and felt welcome from the first day :mrgreen:

    And Rhonda maybe they were just intimidated by your beautiful work!! :lol:

    I don't want to knock the guilds. I am sure there are good ones that welcome newcomers.

    My experience is just probably because this is a small community.

    My quilt from Esq came!!! I love it - it's a log cabin with hearts and butterflies quilted into it and little beads sewn on as embellishment - it's so pretty, thank you so much. And the backing is really groovy man!

    The kids thought it was their birthday - Lily has a little boy and girl monkey and was thrilled that she can take their clothes off! :shock: :lol: And Joey loves cars - I can hear him now running them up and down on the wooden floor upstairs! And See's candy - Hans and I will dive into those this evening in front of the telly. AND if that wasn't enough, some really cute little jewelled pins! Thank you very, very much Esq! BTW - your binding is beautiful - the mitres are about a zillion times better than mine, how do you do that? :D
