I received the best squishy from my partner cjaye44. The quilt is so perfect--the colors are so rich and warm, the stitching and details are impeccable and it is bordered with paisley (I love paisley!). Carol also sent me some fat quarters in a Mardi Gras color scheme inspired by her recent trip to New Orleans (a place that is definitely on my bucket list). Just in case that wasn't enough to make you all envious, she also sent me a gorgeous hand-made scissors fob created by her daughter to help me identify my tools in case I go to a quilting class or group get-together. It's a good thing that quilters are such nice people because this little piece of quilting jewelry would be such a temptation to anyone who sees it! Thanks so much, Carol, for being such a wonderful partner! :thumbup:
