Does this ever happen to you? I sketched out what I wanted to do, chose my fabrics, cut them & laid them out on the design wall...and don't care for it! My DH said, "where's the pop?". Grrrrr...back to the drawing board.

Success! I reworked my doll quilt idea with a different fabric for the "pop" and because my DH did not want any dinner I was able to sew all evening long. Now I have the top, back & binding all ready to put together tomorrow after I make my label! Woohoo! On Tuesday I'm going to be mailing out to my August & September partners. That's a first!

I have the binding to finish and the label. Will then be able to mail it out. It is different so I hope my partner likes it. Am amped up and want to start another one right away. Do have a charity quilt started, so may start FMQ on that first. Wish I didn't have other obligations! I would live in the workshop/sewing room!
