We have 2 ladies from Australia in our swap this month. Betty J joined us a few months ago and is joining in again this month. The other lady immemother (Kirsty) is a newbie. I partnered them together which will help with postage all the way around. Welcome to our ladies from "downunder"!

Mary I thought I was all set with the U-Verse but I guess not. And I didn't even have time yesterday to call again. I did get online today only by rebooting it and let's see how long that lasts. But I have a new problem. This morning I found a mouse in my kitchen. The cat knew it was under the frig and then it moved under the stove. I know I have them outside but this is the first one I've seen in the house. Hope my cat catches it. So far I have 3 traps set out and can catch it.

Poor Pat. If it's not one thing it's another. Good luck and hope the cat catches it..

This is an odd number ending year so that's why all the bad luck. My cat is 16 so I'm not counting on that.

Wish the postage wasn't so high. I have swapped with ladies in England,Switzerland and Canada. The postage is just so much more than here. I have 2 partners this month and the postage will be less than one overseas.I wish it was different. I loved the different items I received. I have stayed friends with Sue in England for a few years now. It's always such fun to see what you get. Maybe when I do one swap I can take on a out of USA partner again. Glad you ladies in Australia can swap together. Please be sure and post pictures of what you send each other.
