Oh I love how everyone's is turning out and not one so far is the same as I am hoping to make mine.
I REALLY LIKE THE THEME THIS MONTH!!
Keep up the good work everyone. Hoping to get the chance to work on mine 1 evening this week since it is cooling down significantly.

Glad you got it Pam! Actually it did get beat up a little... It had 5 of the white buttons along the bottom. Should have sewed them on rather than just gluing. Lesson learned! This was my first swap and I think next time I will use an envelope.

    Cute postcards!

JuanitaBean -- who wouldn't love a jar of buttons?? Very, very cute!

Pam P -- I love the old-fashioned sewing machine & the femininity of the entire postcard! Adorable!

Pam love your sewing machine. Great job sewbizgirl, this is my first time too and I sent mine through the mail, so they would be stamped. How do most of you ladies send if you wait to get them stamped. My post office had never seen a post card made with fabric he put a stamp on and them used a ink stamp to so I hope it works. If not I will be making more for my partners.

I have sent mine both ways. The one I sent without an envelope had a stamp on it and it made it just fine. But there was no embellishment on it. Usually I use an envelope because of all the work in it, but I always think it loses the postcard feel a little bit. (but I don't lose any sleep over it haha). I love the button jar. I was thinking about doing that but didn't have any experience with sewing the vinyl like that. I have used it but not sewn it so I didn't want to chance it. My post office never saw one either and were hesitant to send the one without an envelope. The ladies were afraid it would get ruined. I had to make them send it haha.
