Ladies, Please have fun with this theme. It was not meant to stump or intimidate you.

"In the Sewing Room" could be trying a new skill, (I'm kicking around FMQ), Making a mini quilt out of your postcard, Using sewing related fabrics (Which I did buy a 1/3 of a yard of some very pretty fabric at JoAnn's. On sale of course.) It could be show casing sewing items or a sewing machine. Or maybe something decorative (Postcard Size of course.) for the sewing room.

Does anyone else have any ideas to add. This is one of those themes that is a freebe more or less. Just about anything goes. Have fun in the Sewing room ladies.

I am almost ready to start my postcards. (I can't wait to start playing. But, I am making myself wait until the baby quilt is done.) The baby quilt I'm working on is almost finished. Today the plan is to finish burying threads and to stich in the small amount of hand quilting that I am adding. Tomorrow, put on the binding and the label. Then I can really start on my cards. And, I will probably give out names on Sunday. We have a hurricane rolling in on Tuesday. And, sometimes we loose power. So, I think I will assign the names ahead of time.

I have a idea also. In my sewing room I have baskets,ribbon, buttons, and fabric. So what do you think I'm going to put on my card.

I have got the top of mine finished, but not put together. I will wait a bit to do that, because last night our master bathroom flooded, and we had to call insurance. Such is life.
