I just wanted to get a general feel for how everyone felt about getting to recycle for other uses. There are many other uses for some of these things.
I recycle and would like to receive a recycled gift in a SP package...Great idea
Add me to the list, I recycle too..

Sent for my tea, Robyn. And I recycle, too, but agree that it would be good if you gave ideas along with the goodies.

Robyn, I think recycling is a great idea,I know I do it at home, and when I visit my parents, go through their stuff too to see what they save for me...I love organizing!

Both of my SPs got their packages and PMed me about them, and I am one day closer to get my mail ( is it Friday yet:arrow: ?)

Lori, hope all goes well with your MRI.

Off topic, but ... the great decluttering continues! I think I am getting rid of a boat and trailer today. YAY!
And the giant thing I found in my compost bin (see this thread http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-152132-1.htm has found a home along with several cases of food! I ran into an old friend at the church I brought it to ... a nun who used to work there - and she has agreed to take several gallons of wine off my hands for the convent. They are a happy bunch, or will be soon!
Now to declutter some of my older stash, started before I went all cotton. Got tons of rayon, seersucker, etc. Don't think anyone on the board would want so ... off to freecycle I go!

SL Hughes I am your mirror image. I am a right hand writer but do most things lefthanded. Some things, like sewing, I can do with both hands. Makes life very interesting! With one draw back, I find it difficult to tell my left from my right.

How lucky you are to sew with both hands!! I'd love to be able to handquilt like that.
The postal service is taking their sweet time delivering my SP package and it drives me nuts!
