Kris, I love your name now. You sound soooo famous! Not to mention wealthy!

When I was very young my older sisters called me Chrissy, which I hated. I tried to get everyone to call me Tina, but it never caught on. So I decided that when I grew up and became a famous and glamorous actress I would be ... Violet Maroon!

    Elegant, no?

When I worked in the music industry a zillion years ago I went by Xtine. Now I'm just Mom.

oh that is funny!! I'm not wealthy - so far from it...

before I was a Craft, I was an Emory
..... you would think people would say.... "Emory, like the University?" but nope..... they would say "Emery, like a finger nail file??" grrrrrrrrrr.

I like your music name but I love Mom too

I wanted to name my daughter Indygo Belue - but hubby wouldn't allow - so ofcourse, I can relate to your wanna be grown up name, Violet Maroon ;)

everytime I see your name, it reminds me of highschool

I'm with your husband on Indygo Belue. Kinda creepy when you think about the Indigo children. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indigo_children
But I did name mine Blaze. I get people asking if the name comes from burned out hippy days (never was one) and I remind them that he is a Saint who is sort of the patron of the Heimlich Maneuver!

Well, bummer, wouldn't you know, the postal service reports that my package was "missent" and it will be delivered tomorrow! I suppose it fell in a crack somewhere and landed in the wrong spot. Hope the contents are still ok. It's in the right state-one that starts with N. HeHeHe.

I figure Krystyna is casting a spell to get them all sent to her city!!

    Robyn,
I ordered some tea samples, thanks for sharing the link, anyone who doesn't drink tea can send it my way. Between me and hubby, we drink between 4 to 6 teapots a day :XD: Mine with a bit of honey, his with milk.

My SP package is going to the post office after work. Shouldn't take long to get to her, she's in the next state. You will be off the bench soon!
