I can beat that... I married a Winston. People say "Like the cigarette?" I say no. Then they say "Oh, like the tires?" I say no (though we did get a discount at Winston Tires once for just that reason. Lol) then the ask, "well, like what then?" I tell them "Like Churchill". Lol. It sometimes takes a minute, but they usually figure it out.

I like your music name but I love Mom too

I wanted to name my daughter Indygo Belue - but hubby wouldn't allow - so ofcourse, I can relate to your wanna be grown up name, Violet Maroon ;)

everytime I see your name, it reminds me of highschool

    Elegant, no?

When I worked in the music industry a zillion years ago I went by Xtine. Now I'm just Mom.

Was home from vacation today long enough to get the mail and my package from Aussie Croydon was there. Hurray! Very nice flowered fabric and other things. Will post a photo when I get home on Friday and have time to take a picture. DH was in a hurry to get back to Lake Erie with the boat trailer...end of the season and the old boat has to come out. Next year when we put it in we will be having a 50th birthday party for it. That boat is nearly as old as I am!
