I am the same way ... I have to look at my hands to figure out what is left and what is right!!!! Not sure what is up with that!!! I also can do hand sewing and cross stitching with both hands!!!
My youngest daughter and I are both lefties and she has to look at her left and right hands to figure out which is which.

Just took a peek and my SP should receive her package tomorrow. I can't wait. Hopefully she excuses any flaws in the homemade items since she has been quilting 15 times longer than me. As I said she too has 6 grandchildren so I hope she likes the project idea I sent her.

thomp116 told me it was ok to tell everyone that my 2nd son lives around Columbus OH. That is a hint for her SP. I am already thinking about Oct.secret pal package!! This was my 2nd time and I love it! Haven't gotten my pkg yet but I will keep watching for clues. Earlier post said sp state touches her state of NY. Pennsylvania touches NY- could it be mine???

Okay, I sent my package out this afternoon after work.

Hmmm....hints.... my partners zip code adds up to 29, she likes autumn colors, likes to read and has 4 fur babies.

Still waiting for my package, but I will just wait patiently.

I just wanted to get a general feel for how everyone felt about getting to recycle for other uses. There are many other uses for some of these things.
I recycle and would like to receive a recycled gift in a SP package...Great idea
Add me to the list, I recycle too..

Hey all. I was so anxious to get my package off, and talked my DH into taking me to the store to get a shipping box, and to the PO to mail it!
So I got it all ready, put on the postage (with delivery confirmation) got it in the package drop and lifted the lever... and on the BOTTOM of the darn thing (that you can't SEE until you've already dropped it IN) is that anything over 13 ozs must be mailed from the counter!!!!!!!

What the heck is going to happen to my package!?!?!?! Oh I'm just beside myself!! Mine weighed over 4 lbs. :o( Oh I hope this doesn't delay the package. This is my first and I so wanted it to be just right. :(
