Here's a picture of us last night! My son, who's in the Marines, just showed up at 11:30 Monday night with some friends. They had been in Las Vegas for the weekend and decided since they still had a couple days of leave to swing on by (a 9 hour drive!!) They were here for 24 hours'ish, but it MADE MY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
In fact, I think I'm going to make this my new avatar picture. Made me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gday, I received my parcel today, thanks heaps, had fun opening, makes everyone at my work envious. Beautiful workwomanship and the the little book of "Quilting" Quotations celebrating an American Legacy, is so cute with a thimble attached. I will have fun reading that in my spare time. Also received was needle art of "Two Blonde Mice" which i will enjoy doing on my way to work, i was wanting to get started on the hand embroidery. :) My thanks go to Darlene Dunn, i am sorry but i cannot send her a PM as i don't have her Board name. Hopefully someone here knows of her and passes my thanks. I am tickled pink with my package. :) {{{hugs}}}
