Hi sewnsewer,I'm not Lori but she said they need sent by August 13th. I'm sure she means sept. 13th since aug.13th is long gone. Yes we all sign up for one month at a time. If you want to sign up again you wait for each month to be posted and fill out and send the questions form again.Yes you copy and paste the form to Lori in a PM.If you need help just ask us. Thank you so much Mary, (lawsonmugs) I was going to send her a pm but your way was much better and all new people can see it also. There are so many places to change when I copy and paste each month and if I don't catch it right away I can't get in to change. I hope everyone understands that it is Sept 13 (Friday). Thanks Lori
