Tha't's what I did. Have several small things made and stashed in a drawer in my sewing room. Add bits and pieces as I buy them, then finalise and pack the day after I get my pals name.

    :-D Dear nikki128,
Can I offer a bit of advice about shipping to Australia - the Australian customs are very strict about what they allow into the country. Whatever you do do not send anything live or dried in the food department, nor will they allow dried flowers or similar. I have a pen-pal there and they even confiscated a letter and envelope that was made from handmade paper that contained pressed flowers in it. I also noted on one of the SP sites here that a parcel had been opened on its way into Australia. My daughter lives there and it's a great place but they just want to keep any potential nasties out - Good for them I say!
Hope this helps and all the best with the swap :-P

Yeah, I did yesterday, but it hasn't even been read... I'm just hoping I get it real soon so I can go shopping, lol!

I will manage this month, and the month before, but I will not do the next month's swap.
If you'd be interested in taking it over from me, send me a note.
It's understandable. I wish I could step up and help out but I start school again in two weeks and that always consumes my life. I hope someone takes over. I was looking forward to doing October's swap as well.

You are already receiving your secret pals for THIS swap in September? I wasn't sure which swap would be the last one for QuiltingBee....am I correct to assume the September one is the last one?
