New clues for my SP.
Your town played a role in the Underground Railroad. Someone from your town designed a bit of software for NASA for one of their space programs. And in your state mustaches are illegal if the bearer has a tendency to habitually kiss other humans.
Your package will probably be going out this weekend, seems there are a few more little spaces that can be filled before the padded envelope reaches critical and explodes!
And I *think* I know who has me, but I'm not going to say because I am horrible at guessing things!

My package is heading southwest today. I was able to put it together from my stash except for one fabric and a goodie. Hope she likes it. I forgot the card as I just found it on my desk. Good thing my name is on the label.

Hi SP, In one city in your state it is against the law to park your car without turning off the engine.
In this city, dancing is strictly prohibited.
In another city, it is against the law to swear outside the home.
I have one more old law but I don't want to offend anyone so I will just let this one go.

I have most of the things ready for my SP. I was going to try and make something since they like hand made things though I don't think I'll find the time right now since I'm in the middle of a move and don't have a ton of space to take out my machine. So now I'll see if I can top the envelope off with anything else before I send it out (hopefully tomorrow!)
