Wow, Chris... you know last night I was thinking that if I went to be with the Lord, my sweet DH probably wouldn't get to the board for a while.

Let's hope that isn't the situation with Quiltyjax. Maybe electrical connections are down or something like that. It is wonderful to extend grace to others when we don't know what is going on. We never know when we might need grace extended to us. Bless you in all that you are doing. [grace: unmerited favor]

Again, let me say, I am fine with not receiving 56 blocks back. :-D

Turtle,

You do not have to send me one of mine. I made an extra one and kept it.

Whew~! Rehensburger and I finally finished up sorting all the siggies that I have at the present time. So, now we each get to make up 3 extra blocks to make up for those 3 who didn't respond or sent in their blocks to me.

Now, all I have to do is wait for those 3 blocks and put them in all the sorted baggies and take them to post office.

it was great doing the swap with her. I took some pics, I'll see if I can get them up on here.

Thank you Sharon, but those 3 blocks are what everyone has to make. There are 53 blocks for everyone who has sent in theirs to me. Everyone has to make 3 more blocks in order to make it 56 blocks per person.

When you make up those 3 extra blocks (for the 3 people who signed up and I never heard from again) Please put Quiltyjax on one of the those blocks.
Quiltyjax left in Feb to visit her daughter in Au and a few days later, those Austrailian floods hit.
Quiltyjax signed up to do this swap. I think it would be nice if everyone of you could make a block with her info on it.
Quiltyjax is my close friend. She is from North Wales and now is MIA in Austraila.
Here is her info:

Real name: Name removed for privacy
User name: Quiltyjax
Country: Bangor, North Wales
Other: Siggy swap 2011.

I left a topic on home page to all Austrailian quilters if they ever heard of this town and what was happening in that area to let me know, so far, I have not heard back from any of them.
I left several facebook messages on her page to her family and friends.
So, I'm just waiting to hear maybe she is at a shelter or without electricity, or something.
Thank you all for all your wonderful blocks. Rehensburger and I has a great time going thur all those beautiful blocks and it was an enjoyable experience for my 1st swap!
Those of you who sent small hostess gifts to me, THANK YOU!
