Yay, have Ms Grace as my partner this month, have sent her a PM. I have her little quilt underway.

I even made a start on next month's little quilt - my self portrait (or could it be me dreaming I am this person)

Up Sat AM and my first email was my partner for this swap !!!!! Hooray!!!!! It is nanykathy55. Have PM her already and I have only had one cup of coffee .....PS, I now had a 3 years old Whippet/Terrier mix from the rescue APAWS. He is trained and has manners. Hope he remains well. Did meet the neighborhood Vet last week for boarding while we were on vacation. Hugs and get started on that DQ..

I love Iowa! My DH is from Iowa, my son-in-law is from Iowa, and now my June partner, Cogito, is from IOWA! To me that is interesting. We have PM'd each other already so we're good to go! I tend to get impatient so when I heard way back when that June would be 'red, white and blue' I got right to work since my May quilt was already in Alaska! (And before I misplaced my r,w,b fabrics haha) Never occurred to me to ask what my partner might like -- WYSIWYG! If she doesn't like it, she can send it back and I will make a different one, right? 'Course, I may want to rethink that idea, haha.

Tracibug, thank you for your service and I'm sorry you had to leave it but all things happen for a reason.

I think in Krystyna's case, I'd pick a new Vet! That one is getting a little too forgetful.

Got a PM from my swap partner last night and responded this am to her. I'm excited to be part of this swap with all of you. This is my first time swapping a doll quilt. I've got my pattern picked out and have pulled several fabrics to audition.I never realized how much Red, White and Blue I had. I need to make a quilts of valor to burn through some of it. If I do that then I can buy more. LOL!
Hope everyone has a great Friday!

I have AnnaQuilts...we have "talked" and I know this is going to be a fun swap. Love this swap, Krystyna. You make it sooooo much fun.

Seriously, Krystyna, I would not pay for that last vet visit! Your precious Feeney could have really been injured!!!!
