Kitsy, we are all growing in our craft! Celebrate your successes!!! I felt the same way when I started with the DQs' however now, I pick one skill and work on that each quilt. For March I have made a simple DQ, but the binding is my goal for the month. I'd swap with you anytime dearie!

I bought some adorable white on white tiny shamrock fabric that I might use here, but maybe not. It was 40% off so what was I supposed to do? I am always needing whites and creams and when they're on sale...green...green...green...hmmm...my brain needs stretching...green is slang for moolah, money...there are the Green Bay Packers...Green Groceriers...Going Green as in environment...and then there's always GREEN...as in the color!

I buy whites, off-whites and 1930's repo green when I am lucky enough to find them on sale!

Thank you, Krystyna! I am ready to get started! I know what I am going to make...this one will be done by hand! I made one like it only larger and my 95 yr old mother has it hanging in her apt. She was positive it was made just for her and she couldn't wait until I finished it! Oh well! I hope my partner will love it!

Oooooo, Sharon. You are tempting me! Remember I assign partners .. but I'll be good. Maybe.
