Indiana has lots of charming small towns to explore. If you're ever near Boonville in Southern Indiana, be sure to check out The Village Mercantile on the town square. It's the perfect little quilt shop packed with treasures. She even has an antique display case sisplaying toy sewing machines and other vintage treasures.

26th sounds good. Got my package sent yesterday. Sure hope she likes it -- and now can enjoy waiting for mine to wing its way to my mailbox!

We'll likely be hosting Christmas this year -- approx. 25 people. I think I'll have sliced ham and turkey. Does anyone have any favorite side dishes? More importantly, does anyone have any tips for me? Ages range from 2 to 75. Thanks!

Sweet potatoes, baked small red potatoes, fresh green beans with almonds over it, and perhaps a sweet dish like a grape jello dish. Or cooked apples with walnuts and butter. And of course, parker house rolls and a nice green salad

The 26th sounds great to me for opening day!

Red & CookyIN sounds like you’re going to have lots of fun for the holidays! I always love Broccoli, cranberry raisin salad, sweet potatoes, the green bead with almonds veggie or a fruit salad. Of course turkey or ham!

I've received my package already, and it's set aside for the 26th! I will be mailing mine out either tomorrow or Saturday. Ooops. Just looked at the calendar, and tomorrow is Veteran's Day so the Post Office is officially closed. So Saturday it is!
Whew!! I made it!! Mailing for sure on the 12th!

Hey girls! The 26 is fine with me. I miss the apple butter my mom use to make. She always canned a lot. I am finishing a touch here and there on my ornaments. They aren't perfect, but they are made with love. I want to have my package in the mail tomorrow, so I will see. I will let you know tomorrow. Lol..... Hope you all have a nice Thanksgiving!
