Ten years ago I was chair of Block of the Month for my guild and I offered calendar blocks. Snowy Quilter was the January block that I got from a child's coloring book. When I saw jetnica's melting snowman with his top hat, I printed the photo, enlarged the top hat and SURPRISE, I then had Snowy Quilter's Boyfriend. Belles

Here is the block I have started working on. I need to know if you prefer the white sashing or a 12 1/2" solid blue background. I thought I would ask before I start embellishing.

    Please let me know!

    thanks!

My own opinion = since I was planning to make the sashing between the blocks for my quilt an off-white, (because most of the blocks have a dark background), I would prefer a solid blue background. Again, that's just my two cents. Belles

It's a die that I have for my die cut machine. Just one of the shapes that I offer with my business.
