Hey!
I'm using 20 basket type coffee filters. I'll baggie them when I'm done.

For quick visual reference put them in rows of 10, meaning I have 5 rows of 10. That way I can quickly see how many more I have to complete in a row. Then, I snack-baggie them when I have cut out all 50 different fabrics. The wall reference helps me know I have 50 completely different fabrics.
I take the time to count each fabric before putting them into their baggie. I have found this works great. It also works best if I don't leave 25+ fabrics till just before my deadline to mail. That drives me crazy. I prefer to meander as I am normally cutting fabrics.
Sorry for this being lengthy but I thought I would add this. I love small log cabins blocks. Normally when ever I cut fabric, I also cut 1.5" strips for the postage stamps swaps and then also 1" strips so I have those available for my log cabins.
Happy cutting :-D

the ice cube tray thing sounds great. i gotta try that one as i cut additional strips for this swap. right now the stamps are all in one big zippered see through pouch. the trays will come in handy for sorting and bagging.

Some of us here are avid prewashers and will be sending prewashed others aren't prewashers and there's won't be prewashed and I'm getting scraps from a ton of different people and know that some are and some aren't prewashed.

okay, don't do the coffee filters. After about 20 blocks, being stacked & unstacked, they flattened out. I have to put away due to cat investigative activities. I bagged up what I had done, and am using 4 stacks on 5 filters, so I can stack in between putting in the bags. I will be using ice cube trays after this. I have 22 bagged, 2-3 more sorted & 2-3 cut but not sorted.
Missi - I noticed that my #trades is not on the group activity. Do I need to PM you that I am trading 20?
