Well ,my two red fabrics are out. Since they were red, I hand washed separate from the others. Glad I did.. both of them bled profusely. They would be okay with a dark background, but not white. But, hey I still have PLENTY to go around!
Just verifying here.. if I do 4 sets, 20 total, only one set (or five blocks all told), can have the same floral, correct?
Or they can ALL be different.
That is no more than 5 blocks the same fabric. If i do four sets, I need a minimum of four fabrics?
I don't think it will be a problem, LOL.. given all the fabrics I have! But i want to double check!

Woot! got my first set cut out, still haven't tested the sewing machine for my 1/4 seam allowance yet.. it has been several years since I sewed, so I am excited every step of the way! Sorry if I seem to be a dork. ~
    But it is fun again!!
I need to wipe the machine off,, clean the bobbin area, (oh heck-muffins, I probably need to wind a bobbin or two also!!)
and I need to make room to sew.. clean off the table, kids, and get the heck outa the way.. GamaJana is gonna sew!!

Great! Me too. I had just a little left over from a fat quarter (I'll cut those into 2 1/2 inch strips to add to my color scraps). I found another floral in my stash that I'll make another 3. It's a BIG print, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks. I think it will be fun.

arrgg.. I dont see my post.. so.. hope this isnt a duplicate!
Here is my first set. The color is a little wonky, they all have the same WOW.. the dark blue block is an extra. I hope it isnt too dark! It is floral.. If it deemed too dark, I will gladly keep it! It is my favorite, so far!
This week I will cut out the next set and hopefully sew it up next weekend. Slow and steady wins the race!!
