Hi everyone, I've been offline for a while and well occupied laboring over these sets.
I will make the deadline because I will mail whatever # of sets get done.

Would you believe one set came out 11.5 inches again, I have been cutting/using 5" squares so not sure how that happened (might have switched to 5" squares from 4 & 7/8" only after that set though).
Preserving points, ha. The set I'm on now is ridiculous with the amount of corrective seam-ripping I've had to do.

K-roll, are you making sure each square is coming out 4.5 ? I found that my problem squares were not the 5” ones trimmed down after sewing , but the strip sets! I had to make sure to use a scant 1/4 inch or they were turning out shorter than my HSTs. I redid at least 6. Grr.

Thanks Armylady for hosting this block swap. The "Churn Dash" is my absolute favorite all time block. In fact, I might eventually make another. But, I have so many other things to finish up before then.

I can't wait to see my pretties come home! I'm using them to make Christmas presents for my nephews. They are going to love them. They have no clue that they're getting these quilts. Won't have too much longer to wait for them.
