I am eleven miles south of the 80 -90 corridor. If we get it.....I don't know. We get some lake effect, but this is a real storm. Pets are in, garden asleep, snow plow man paid up. I should be OK. I wish I would have a generator. But we haven't lost power for over 8 years. Probably shouldn't look for the blocks until Monday. ??

Great Blocks Maxie. As for the colors , they are all good. But for me personally I would do the star in brights or dark brights, prints and the background light, or vise versa. I like black and white, have seen some wonderful quilts, altho not so sure I would make one for myself to keep.

Maxie, I love your blocks! I am not into super bright colors but they look fabulous against the black and white.

I'm loving the stars Maxie! What about picking a block size and a color range, then we could each do our own favorite stars. Personally, I love the black and white with brights and it would be a great contrast from the springy churn dash.

    Maxi,
I just had an opportunity to view the photos you have posted. I do LOVE the B/W background group the best!
Wondering if you were going to assign each person a particular star per set of blocks sent in so an even variety would be seen across the board. Although for those who send in more than two or three sets I guess it would make sense to change out the block pattern. Just a thought.
Awaiting your rules and regulations for this next swap.
Oh, will we get any notification when sign up will start?

Ladies all the packages(25 of them) went out in the mail this morning, please be on the look out for a PM with your tracking number. I would like to thank you all again for joining me on this journey and I am excited for the next, I am not for sure what it will be, I would like to do the stars but not for sure what color scheme I will go with, we could also go with fall colors, what do you ladies think about that Ideal?

All Pm's with tracking numbers have been sent. When I know that everyone has received their packages I will do the drawing for the extra blocks (there are 22 of them).
