That's my fat Jack, who has just one eye. He's one of my rescues and loves his mommy (and food).

Checked my purples and I had more than I realized... enough for 10 sets! So I'll play...

I had a cat that lost an eye once. A feral cat attacked her outside and ruptured her eye. The vet had to take it out and he told me it would bother me more than it did her. She lived a long time with just one eye.

I am so excited. I was browsing Craigslist and found an Accuquilt Go with 10 dies for $150. The guy did not know what it was and had spelled the name wrong. I am picking it up this afternoon. I am so excited. One of the dies is a 5 inch square!!!!

Woohoo! Congrats on the score! I paid $199 for just the cutter a few years ago, and have been shelling out $$ ever since on more dies. I just went out on Monday and bought the die with the two 5" squares and got all my squares for the purples swap cut yesterday in record time! I love my cutter. I also have the die for the 2.5" candies, it will cut 9 at a time. What a time saver and accurate to boot!

I've found that if you load too much fabric in the Go cutter, it will distort the pieces it cuts. It's supposed to do 6 thicknesses of fabric. That's 6 that aren't too thick. If you have thick cotton you might get better results with 4 layers.
